R Panels
R and PBR (Purlin Bearing Rib) Panels – are exposed fastener panels well suited for roof and wall panels in pre-engineered metal buildings, pole barns, and re-roofing. These panels can be installed over open purlins or solid surface with a minimum slope of ½:12. R-panels are a 36” coverage panel with ribs that are 12” apart on center. They are the most economical choice for most applications. We offer them in 26 and 29 gauge in no fewer than 10 standard colors.
SSR Panels
Standing Seam Roof (SSR) Panels – are a mechanically seamed trapezoidal standing seam roof system that are suited for simple sloped roofs without hips, valleys, dormers, etc. These panels can be installed over solid deck or substructural members and minimum slope of ¼:12. SSR panels are the most commonly installed roofing panel in extremely large buildings. They are available in 24 and 26 gauge in a wide variety of colors as well and they are 24” wide instead of 36” like R-panels.
